Pacific Frame & Gallery (formally Pacific Light Studios) is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Noel and Leigh Ann Jones.  They opened Pacific Light Studios in 1998 in Historic Downtown McMinnville and have enjoyed being part of the community and the downtown area ever since.  They changed the name to Pacific Frame & Gallery in the fall of 2005.

Noel has a Masters of Fine Art degree from Indiana University.  He put himself through school working for various custom framing studios and also had the great fortune to work in the permanent archives of the Amon Carter Museum in Fort Worth, Texas, preparing work for various exhibitions.  Leigh Ann has a Bachelors degree from University of North Texas in Business Management and has worked for various large corporations in different management capacities. 

Kimberly Prest joined Pacific Frame & Gallery in October of 2006.  She has turned out to be an invaluable part of the Pacific Frame & Gallery team.  She does it all from designing to framing to merchandising and is now acting as Assistant Manager.

Noel, Leigh Ann and Kimberly strive to make your custom framing experience an enjoyable one.  They have over 30 years of combined framing experience and are there to help you through the entire design process.
